We know this has been an issue for many years—the need for more affordable housing and high rental costs. We are very concerned about the expensive rental cost. My next-door neighbor could not afford the rent increase. We are working closely with our local elected officials to make the necessary changes for the correct development to support our community in the City of Detroit.
