My daughter has been a tenant at the FHFA backed property for the last three years,since I have been forced to move in with her because I couldn't find a place to live the rent is to damn high. Since living here we have had constant mold and issue with mice. The management seldom answer the office phone and even when they do rarely have someone to show up to address the issue. My grandchild have experience asthma due to the mice and poor air quality in our home. We need protection As well rent control especially in FHFA backed buildings. These people have to be held accountable just like they collect rent.
