As a multifamily real estate manager and a board member for our local chapter of IREM, I respectfully ask for your careful consideration of the attached letter. My job deals directly with new construction of luxury workforce housing, and so much of our ability to provide affordable housing to individuals and households earning a salary near the national averages will be impacted by proposed changes. I implore you to resist the adoption of policies that will discourage our investors and reduce our ability to provide quality housing to the working middle class. Thank you for your time.
