Hello, I represent a large number of small to medium sized landlords. We understand the need for housing all people. Small to medium landlords represent a large portion of the rentals available to the general public. If more restrictions are placed on us, the results will be catastrophic for the people who need housing. The restrictions will cause landlords to sell properties. Properties will be sold to end buyers and removed from the rental pool. Please take that into consideration.
