Hello, my is Trace carnahan and I’m tired of being abused by the American housing market. Housing is too essential of a market to be left in the hands of landlords. With all the empty properties in this country this is no logical or practical reason its citizens should go without a home. I’m writing this comment in hopes that you will provide fair rent control guidelines on federal-funded rental properties. This ordinance will be the first of many progressive steps to ensure a safe and stable future for all.
