Would be useful is to see how money is being spent for upkeep of the property and not having minimal repairs being done on the property as a whole. Seeing how money is being spent will be a visibility way to have accountability and ask when is repairs/upkeep going to take place. It is unacceptable for a landlord to increase rent but not have new amenities and on time maintenance.
