It's absolutely ridiculous how high rent prices are now. I work a full time job and was attacked carrying groceries home in the only neighborhood that had rent I can barely afford to pay that was still supposed to be in a safe area. I don't want to live in Lexington anymore but it's like thus all over the country now. So much more homeless and I'm one paycheck away from ending up like them. I can't buy everything I need and also pay my rent and bills. The units aren't luxury or even great, so how do they get away with charging twice as much?
