What I need to be protected as a tenant being able to reach out to my landlord when I have a maintenance issue and they adhere to my availability for repairs and the maintenance person actually fixes the issue. As well a clear process when a landlord sells their property to a new owner, anything that was on their to do list asked by my tenants is followed up and fixed. There has been to many times when a landlord sells their property, nothing is followed up on and there is a new system that we as tenants have to get used to.
