These tenant protections may seem like they will protect residents, but they will actually negatively impact the housing industry, the affordability of rent, and ability of the landlords to provide a peaceful living environment for their residents. Many of our non-renewals are to solve peaceful living environment issues/complaints for the other residents in the building/hallway. Please choose to vote no on these short sighted policies.
