    As a renter my voices isn’t heard at all I’ve addressed the situations on many things that need to addressed an i have brought it to their Attention just to have it brushed off and many excuses why they’re not doing anything! I feel as a tentant ( RENT CONTROL & GOOD CAUSE FOR EVICTION SHOULD BE ADDRESSED !
    Also tenants being treated fairly a valued !
    I’ve experienced as well as a lot of neglect as a resident as well as many other tenants in my unit! I’ve also reported an unsafe place due to back door is been unlocked for over a year an my voice isn’t heard and the lighting and still much more where my voice to the Landlord seems like crickets ! I want my voice hear on ever level not only for me but our residents that are valuable to me an my community !
    I want our community great an happy tenants that feel safe an valued in our community by the Landlord!
