I have experienced a racist manager and maintenance worker who essentially had access to my home 24/7. Complaining to higher ups got me and my family no where and moving was our only, albeit expensive, option. We also need Rent control and good cause eviction passed as policy to help other folks who struggle to afford the places they live in.
