    I'm impressed with the fact the FHFA is asking for input. Things are getting to be difficult and any action on rent to regulate is needed.

    A lot of people monopolize on small towns. Every single property I was looking into there was only one person I could contact for all the rental properties. They make a lot of money from that. To me it seems like scheming more than business.

    I've had to go sell something random to make rent. I've sold a gun before. Anything to make my money stretch how you can. That was the most expensive thing I owned."
