I live at Rose Tower apartments in Lexington, KY. When I moved my fridge was broken. I had to beg for a new one and it took them two years. It wouldn’t keep my food fresh, it leaked all the time. I have black mold in my apartment and all they did was tell me to bleach it. The managers are never here. My rent is $242 and I only get $914. If they raised my rent I wouldn’t be able to afford groceries. They charge us $45 for replacement key fobs but the key fobs break constantly. We deserve better here
