I live at Rose Tower apartments in Lexington KY. I moved in two years ago. My rent was $749, then they raised it to $771, and now they've told me they're going to raise it to over $800 when I renew. When my job moved me to part time, I cut back on eating to make my rent. My drain is always clogged, and it leaks. I'm worried about getting roaches and bedbugs and fruitflies from other apartments. Director Sandra Thompson, I want you to come visit Rose Tower Apartments and see what we are going through. If I had known what this place was like I would have never moved in here. On the website they say there's a pool but I can't find it. On the website they say we can barbeque but we aren't allowed. We are like prisoners here.
