    I live in louisville in an FHFA backed property. I didn't have hot water for a month and a half. The roof is coming apart. The electrical outlets are also exposed. Maintenance hasn't been responsive. They charge late fees but don't care about taking care of issues we keep asking for repair about. I spray my own home for bugs. My door had a leak and i had to put in a seal myself. There's also only ac in my downstairs and nothing upstairs. We need rent control and good cause eviction. We need tenants protections, Director Thompson . Thank you.
