I’m a tenant in a property with federally backed mortgage. My complex is full of trash and squatters. My roof had a hole and wasn’t fixed for over a year, even when my wife had lung cancer. My previous apartment was destroyed by a tornado. My new apartment has a leak in the bathtub that hasn’t been properly fixed.
