I live at Rose Tower in Lexington KY The man above me on the twelfth floor, his AC leaked and there is a huge mark on my ceiling. There's roaches in the trash chute. My rent is $411. I used to be a nurse so I get a good check each month, but if they raised it it would take away from my medical expenses. Rose Tower is bad for my health
