    I live at Rose Tower apartments in Lexington KY. I am 74 years old - I am on dialysis and never had bedbugs before I lived here. I didn't sleep in my bed for a month because of how bad they were - I slept in my walker. My rent is $343, they just raised it by $43. I only get $900 a month. I can't handle rent increases like that. Living here has been hell.
