    I live at Rose Tower apartments in Lexington Ky. I've only lived here a year but things have gone downhill since I moved in. I never had bugs before here - now I have bedbugs and roaches in my apartment. It caused my anxiety to go through the roof, and my therapist wants me to get out of here. I pay $500 in rent right now. It used to be $470. That's a doctors bill or some food I need. Thank god I go to the food banks. I don't feel safe here because there's no security and management told us "it's not in the budget- homeless people sometimes sleep in the stairwells. We are afraid to report issues to code enforcement because sometimes they retaliate against people.
