I’m in a tenant in a federally owned property. We pay for the pool but it hasn’t been open for the past two years. My apartment had no ac for a year and a half and only recently got fixed two months ago. The leasing office isn’t open during the specified hours. Cats regularly urinate in the halls of my building and I have to clean it myself.
