I live in an FHFA backed property for the past 3 years in Louisville. When the tornado came through, my unit was destroyed. They moved me to a new unit though they didn't actually help me move. It's also an old unit with a leaky living room window. The fridge is tiny and my rent went up. We need rent control. Why is the rent too damn high? We also need good cause eviction to protect us from these landlords. please do the right thing and stand with tenants, Dr. Thompson.
