I live at Rose Tower Apartments, along with my son who rents his own unit. My rent is okay because I get a subsidy, but my son pays $800 and they're about to raise it by $25. His ceiling over his tub fell in, he has bedbugs and roaches. Why are they raising his rent on his apartment when they took months to fix our AC? They need to take care of these apartments.
