I live at Rose Tower in Lexington, KY. I am scared to give my name or contact info in case my landlord retaliates. They've raised my rent two times in five years. They only fix things when they want to. I am not satisfied with the service. I pay $812 in rent and $8 in parking. The washers and dryers only work part of the time, only one is working right not. I am on a fixed income. if I wasn't paying so much in rent I could live better . I have nothing left after rent, groceries, and doctors bills. Rent doesn't leave me any extra to live on. I am leaving in September because this place is not worth it anymore.
