I live in a property w/ a federally backed mortgage called oaks at st Andrews. My rent went from 734 to 835 in the past year. It took them 7 months to fix my door and it’s still leaking. My bathtub is stopped up and just have maintenance hasn’t responded in weeks. We need rent control and good cause eviction protections in these properties.
