I've only been here at Rose Tower for four months. We've got bed bugs and roaches, sometimes homeless people sleep in the stairwells. We don't have any security here. I'm not sure I'm going to sign another lease here or not because it is so bad. If they raised my rent I would leave because it's not worth it
