    My name is Desiree, and I live in an FHFA-backed property in Louisville. There was a tornado that came through a month ago and the roof was damaged and the glass knocked out. I had to clean it up, and a month later, it's still open with glass shards still poking out. It's dangerous and that doesn't include the bugs coming in all day and night that I keep up with cleaning. The rent has also increased at the signing of my lease. Why is there not rent control? I also want good cause eviction. Please listen to tenants, Dr. Thompson.
