    I have lived in an fhfa-backed property in louisville for 3 years - it leaks when it rains, no filters have been changed, there's a leak in the door that let's out any air. I've had to send paragraphs to maintenance with no answers. my rent has gone up plus there's no access to amenities. We need rent control. We also need to be safe from eviction. please pass good cause eviction. I want to live safely and with dignity like everyone else. thank you for listening.
