    I live in an fhfa backed property in louisville. I've lived here for 2.5 years. I haven't had any working a.c. for almost a year. it's hot and hard to breathe. where has the money been going if not for repairs? we need rent control and good cause eviction. I don't want to worry that they'll kick me out next rent hike. please stand with tenants.
