    Dear Director Thompson,
    My name is Christina, and I live at a Louisville FHFA property - Pioneer. There are no amenities here like a playground for the kids to play, no security cameras or gates, no dog parks, and no pool yet the rent has been hiked. There should be a cap on the percentage that rent is allowed to increase especially when nothing else has changed at our property. Our elderly and disabled neighbors are being forced out because they can't afford the base rent with their fixed income. Our landlord has raised rent at outrageous rates with no concern of the outcomes to the tenants. The government needs to implement tenants protections including rent caps at less than 5% per year and good cause eviction.
