Tenants across the nation are in constant fear and stress over their living situations due to poor management and greedy corporate landlords that care more about profit than the lives of the tenants they manage.
Rent is incredibly high across the country and it continues to rise, near 20% in the last two years. Times when a notice of rent increase, sometime when not even legally allowed or more than legally allowed, are stressful and can easily leave families facing eviction or homelessness.
