    Housing should be a right . It is becoming impossible to find affordable housing. I have friends who can not find an apartment because the rents are so high. We raised the minimum wage to $11.25 per hour in Nevada. That is $1,800 a month and you can now get a one bedroom apartment for $900,00 or more. That is more than half ones income. How does one survive on $800 or more? There are other expenses food, utilities, health insurance. car expenses, car insurance, not to mention if you have children
