The price of housing is wildly unmanageable and deepening historic trends of poverty. This requires our immediate action! Families are being displaced every day. One family I pastor has been displaced 4 times since the beginning of the pandemic. Many times because of extreme rate hikes with little to no warning. Our children cannot effectively learn if they are being tossed around the city and made to live in homeless shelters all because of greed, fueled by our inaction!
