My name is Brian Rees and I am an attorney and renter in Memphis, TN. Our housing stock is crumbling and our rents are too high. We need federal action to protect renters and shift the power balance to move the needle in their direction. We need a federal right to counsel, we need a landlord rental registry and licensing process.
