I've been renting my apartment for 15 years. It was great until Springfield Gardens bought it. They don't exterminate or maintain my property. We are paying rent but they won't fix anything. They make us pay to pay the rent on an online portal. Sometimes they leave the fire alarms going off for days. I can't move because the rents are so high everywhere but I'm paying for a nightmare right now
