Being run out of any livable housing due to astronomical rent prices. When I first moved to Charleston I had a 2bed for 850. I just left my last downtown apartment because it cost 2800.. also they raised the rent 400 in one year. Also the majority of landlords treat their renters as annoyances and it’s like pulling teeth trying to get anything fixed. Like ac in the summer..
