    I believe that housing is a human right. Currently, too many people are becoming homeless or at risk ok, due to the rapidly accelerating cost of housing all over the country. When people are priced out of rentals in previously affordable markets they are forced onto subsidized housing lists which now boast waitlists of multiple years. This is an unsustainable situation and negatively impacts the whole community on multiple levels. As a homeowner I am invested in ensuring that the whole comm. is stable and whole. Tenant protections are essential & necessary in order to create health, stable communities!!
