Rent is at an all time high but wages aren't really going up. So It's just outrageous that it can be hiked up so much even when you've been living there for a while. Many are just one late rent or price hike away from being homeless. I think there should be more control on rental policies. I understand they have to make their own money but it's a transactional relationship and everyone should be satisfied with the compromises.
