    The rent is too damn high. It’s a completely unfair market for working class people. Requiring people to make 3X the rent on an already high rent but no pay increases? Working class people can’t afford that! I already have to drive long ways to get to a good paying job and my landlord is still raising rent without making improvements or repairs to my family’s place. As a person with 3 kids, one of them being born last week, we can’t afford $1500 for a place with no working AC on just my income. We need the federal government to protect us. Especially in the South.
