Anytime my income goes up, my rent increases that amount. I'm a single mom of 2 boys, i pay over 800 a month in rent. What am I supposed to do if they increase my rent again next year? I can barely afford rent now! The rent is too damn high. No one should be broke from paying rent. We need rent control for federally backed properties.
