I live in am apartment that management doesn't respond to maintenance requests. I've had to leave work to get necessary repairs after waiting foot a response. The cost of this apartment does not match the amount they are charging for rent, if it were to go up my husband and I would have to find another place to live. I know that the cost of rent everyone is too damn high. We need rent control, tenant protections, just cause evictions, especially for federal baked mortgage.
