    I am writing today to urge the federal government to protect tenants from unethical landlords and local government PHA’s that co conspire with landlords placing low income families in unsafe structures and financial hardship. Landlords with violations should not be allowed a to enter a lease agreement. My family is HOMELESS fir the second time in one year at no fault of our own, but due to unfair and deceptive practices at the hands of certain employees with Broward County Housing Authority including, housing inspectors, Inspections Supervisor, HCV Supervisors, and directors. We have been exposed to mold and other toxins. We have suffered income/employment losses, property damage, financial hardship , invasion of privacy, intrusion on holidays/birthdays, double payments etc

    We have experienced two property abatements due to these unfair abd deceptive practices. We have been victimized, scammed, and placed in extreme financial hardship and depression because of this. I have supporting documentation and witnesses.
