Please see attached. As an affordable housing developer and provider, LDG Development cares deeply that everyone deserves a quality place to live. Our industry is heavily regulated and additional policies and processes will severely impact our ability to continue to operate our communities to the quality standard we uphold due to higher costs and staffing. Please re-consider these proposed regulations that could potentially reduce the number of quality affordable units in the most vulnerable areas and diminish quality housing opportunities for lower income families.
