Nevada lacks any tenant protections. The cost of rent and living necessities are high especially in the northern part of Nevada. Responsibilities are held by landlords/landladies which are harming Nevada families. Our governor has vetoed bills that addresses these issues, and thus preventing any positive outcomes to be achieved legislation wise.
