I just moved from Dallas and have been looking for housing for the last 3.5 months and it has been almost impossible. When I do find a place I can afford, it is not a fully equity apartment but charging the same price as apartments with a full kitchen. Then there’s the whole application process. It takes about $300 just to apply to an apartment, confining me to working with one apartment complex at a time as I don’t have $700+ to just spend on apartment application that’s might deny me anyway.
