Stable and secure housing is the bedrock of Maslow's hierarchy of needs. It affects mental health, healthy relationships, financial outcomes, educational outcomes, and so much more. Housing IS a human right. It should NOT be a commodity sold to the highest bidder and bringing "top dollar". It affects society as a whole and benefits society as a whole for ALL to be housed.
