    I have been both a Landlord and a Tenant!.
    This takes mutual respect from both!
    There needs to be guidlines set down for both!
    If a tenant pays the rent, and takes care of their responsibility, then the landlord should take care of them! PERIOD...It is really disheartening to have landlords held to a different standard!
    The people renting from them should be given the same respected and taken care of!
