    Protect tenants from and limit egregious rent hikes—rent hikes over 5% are constructive eviction!
    Prohibit evictions without a good cause, ensuring every tenant has the right to a lease renewal.
    Ban landlords from discriminating against tenants based on their source of income (housing vouchers)
    SAFE HOUSING STANDARDS-require all landlords to keep their properties in good condition and make sure homes are accessible for people with disabilities. No home should have mold, pests, non-working AC or heat, unsafe water, or gas leaks!
