    I've spent the last 22 years on service to my country and military and civilian communities. I have to rent because of a military move I didn't ask for that I didn't want or have any defense against. My predatory landlord made us illegally pay an illegal 3 months rent to get into a house they don't take care of that definitely has mold and has been found to habe several code problems. My rent is way too high. We need a federal rental cost cap and renters rights!!!
