i know people who have had trouble finding housing because of their background. I have trouble finding housing because of my credit. for people who live in public housing or section 8 - they should get treated as if they were paying the rent themselves. You should treat them like people, not like dogs or animals. Also, the landlords should fix things when something needs to be fixed. There are a lot of abandoned buildings, so people should have a fair chance. Housing should be for everybody. If rent didn't go up so high, people wouldn't have to work 3-4 jobs to have a home. We need increased rights for renters, and fair treatment of everybody.
