    Affordable Rent. Update/Insulation Exterminates in a quick timely manner
    Protection on evictions Update Appliances if applicable. No trash sitting on property including cars
    Landlord Registry. Lead Certificate current 24 hour access to a Maintance person
    Yearly building foundation inspection No rodents Snow removal within 24hours of snow
